      <description>&lt;p&gt;From reading the AP account the remaining justices dismissed the case b/c they didn&amp;#8217;t think it they had enough authority? Insanity. I&amp;#8217;m certain there is a due process appeal&amp;#8230;there&amp;#8217;s no way this stands.  Some organization needs to take this on.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Not a bad point. I was wondering how they&amp;#8217;d make the distinction in their speeches.  Obama did it well, as expected: &amp;#8220;Ted Kennedy stands apart from the prevailing wisdom in Washington that has reduced politics to a game of tactics and transactions, in which no principle is beyond sacrifice. And his public life is a testimony to what can be achieved when you focus on lifting our country up, rather than tearing political opponents down.&amp;#8221;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;The man is good.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;I personally doubt he&amp;#8217;ll run again&amp;#8212;so, he&amp;#8217;s got nothing to lose (except John Kerry&amp;#8217;s seat).&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Good article.  Though, he did do a lot more for the District of Columbia&amp;#8212;which has NO votes in House&amp;#8212;than most other Reps, including both Republicans and Democrats.  As forcefully as he should be chided for not investigating the Bush White House, he should be commended for giving voice to those in DC without representation.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
