      <description>&lt;p&gt;&amp;#8220;Question: Does this apply to congressmen as well, or just the executive branch? Because it sure is a curious sentiment coming from an eight-term senator &#8211; first elected when he was 30 &#8211; who just last year celebrated his 45th year in the chamber.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;Term limits, anyone?&amp;#8221;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;Is that supposed to be clever? What does the length of his tenure have to do with whether or not he wants, or fights for change? The fact that he&amp;#8217;s been there a while excludes him from sincerely wanting change? Please.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
