Raining on McCain's Parade

Anti-Republican demonstrators will be allowed to march past the site of the GOP convention in St. Paul, Minnesota in September, police announced yesterday. "We believe we have struck that difficult balance that we've been looking for between free expression and safety and security," a police official said, according to Minnesota Monitor.

Denver police have yet to disclose any protest-related plans for the Democratic convention in late August, reports Colorado Confidential
