RADDATZ: Two-third of Americans say it’s not worth fighting.
CHENEY: So?
RADDATZ So? You don’t care what the American people think?
CHENEY: No. I think you cannot be blown off course by the fluctuations in the public opinion polls.

You cannot be blown off course by the tyrannical and myopic ravings of a war mad warmongering war criminal the likes of Dick ‘shotgun’ Cheney. Of course old ‘shotgun’ doesn’t “care” what the Amerikan people think. He NEVER has cared. Never stopped the lunatic in the past. The “Bush-surge” is NOT working in Iraq and all any Amerikan need do is check the reports via McClatchy, Reuters, al-Jazeera, the Daily Star, al-Arabiya, and our always reliable Juan Cole. No one has done more for honest and factual journalism than Juan Cole. One could always ask Scott Ritter but, don’t say Scott’s name to Cindy Sheehan. She gets really catty when you do.
Dick ‘shotgun’ Cheney and Usama bin Ladin like to share stories from the “glory” days of pre-Soviet collapse in Afghanistan and drink glasses of fine French wine in the south of France. Cheney and bin Ladin are good pals from way back. See any and all stories relating to the ‘Mujahadeen’, opium smuggling, the House of Saud, Halliburton’s KBR, the CIA, and the clown Knuckles that works for State. Yeah, who says that “treason” isn’t alive and well in the Bush regime. Treason and torture and John Yoo and Torquemada Ashcroft and Bert-O ‘little weasel’ Gonzales and Dov ‘the Rabbi from hell’ Zakheim and Scoots and Herr Rove and wow, this list could get lengthy in a blink.
Of course Cheney doesn’t give a rat’s bottom what the Amerikan people think. Spoken like a true dictator!

Dick Cheney rocks. Live with it. He totally rocks.
History will judge him as one of the strongest veeps ever. I’m proud to have voted twice for him and the President. America is stronger because of them.

He ain’t running for anything.
If there is any justice he could be on the run from the law some bright and sunny day.
